Mental Health Blog

In 2019, I launched a mental health blog called "DamnItsHard." The name was inspired by my background as a co-Active Life Coach and a traumatic event that led me to seek solace in blog articles. I firmly believe that genuine change is a challenging process, and no one can "fix" you except yourself. It requires dedication and hard work.

On DamnItsHard, you will discover a collection of valuable, archived blog articles. Although they were written some time ago, their content retains immense significance for many individuals seeking support and guidance.
